Defective or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, is not what you ordered, or you are missing an item, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us directly at info@madebymydad.com. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number as well as details of the problem. We will process a replacement shipment and if applicable provide return instructions as soon as possible.
